The architectural marvel encompasses a Ground + Two floors, featuring a unique lift for seamless accessibility. The ground floor seamlessly integrates parking facilities and a multipurpose room, offering flexibility in use.
Ascending to the first floor unveils a harmonious blend of functionality and style with a living area, a bedroom, and a thoughtfully designed kitchen-dining space. The second floor boasts two master bedrooms, each opening onto a common balcony, fostering a sense of connectivity with the outdoors.
Elevating both form and function, the elevation design incorporates jali brick screens, providing protection from harsh sunlight while ensuring privacy. Vertical lines in the exterior plaster contribute to the aesthetics, creating a modern and visually engaging facade. The utilization of C metal channels along the floor slab edges adds a contemporary touch to the structural detailing.
